These terms govern use of the public website at https://www.annihilatepc.com. They explain what the site's informational pages and estimate form do and do not provide. Pest-control work, if scheduled, should be governed by the estimate, proposal, invoice, preparation instructions, or service agreement actually provided for that job. If a signed or accepted service document conflicts with these website terms on a service-specific point, the service document controls that point.

Informational use

This website provides general information about confirmed services, Texas service areas, pest evidence, prevention, preparation, and estimate factors. Articles are educational starting points, not a diagnosis of a particular structure or animal. They do not replace an on-site pest inspection, medical advice, emergency response, structural engineering, electrical service, solar service, roof repair, sanitation assessment, or another appropriately qualified professional.

Conditions can be concealed behind finishes, beneath solar panels, inside equipment, in inaccessible roof areas, or within neighboring and shared structures. A photograph, message, phone description, or article cannot guarantee that all activity, damage, routes, or safety issues have been identified.
