Scope of this policy

This policy explains information practices for the public website at https://www.annihilatepc.com. It covers information entered in the estimate form, basic technical data that may be processed to deliver the site, and interactions with embedded or linked third-party services. It does not describe the separate practices of Google, Facebook, a future form processor, or any other website you choose to visit.

Information you choose to provide

The estimate form asks for a name, phone number, email address, service interest, message, and consent selection. A message may also contain the Texas service address, pest evidence, property type, scheduling constraints, roof or solar details, and other information you decide is useful. Do not include passwords, government identifiers, payment-card data, medical records, or other sensitive information in a service request.

In the current static website implementation, the form validates the entries in the visitor's browser and shows a confirmation state; it is not connected to an external form-delivery or database endpoint. If a production form provider is connected later, this policy and the form notice should be updated to identify the actual collection, transmission, storage, and retention practices before that provider is enabled.

How service-request information would be used

When a delivery channel is enabled, service-request information is intended to respond to the request, confirm Texas coverage, identify the general pest or property concern, plan scheduling and access, prepare an estimate or inspection, and maintain ordinary business communication records. Submitting information would not itself create a service agreement or authorize unrelated use.

Website, server, and device data

The hosting and security infrastructure may process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device type, referrer, general error details, and security signals. Those logs are controlled by the applicable hosting provider and may be retained under its operational, security, and legal practices. This project does not include a separate advertising pixel or analytics script at the date shown above.

Cookies and local browser state

The site's own pages do not set an advertising or analytics cookie in the delivered project. Interactive components may keep temporary state in the browser while the page is open—for example, whether a form confirmation is visible. Third-party content can have separate storage or cookie behavior governed by that provider's policy.

Google Maps, Google Business Profile, and Facebook

The contact and homepage map is provided by Google and loads lazily, generally when the browser approaches that part of the page. Loading the embed or following the verified Google Business Profile link may send device, browser, IP, or account-related information to Google. Following the Facebook link may do the same for Facebook. Those companies control their own privacy, cookie, account, and retention practices.

Sharing, sale, and service providers

This website is not designed to sell personal information as a standalone product. Information may need to be processed by vendors that host, secure, maintain, or eventually deliver the website and service requests, and it may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect people, rights, property, or system security. Any future vendor should receive only information reasonably necessary for its assigned function.

Retention and security

Because the current static form has no external endpoint, the site does not create a server-side lead record from that form. If lead delivery is connected, records should be retained only as long as needed for the service request, customer communication, recordkeeping, disputes, security, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards should include encrypted transport, access controls, vendor review, limited access, and a defined deletion process. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The site and pest-control estimate form are intended for adults arranging property services, not for children. The business does not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information through the form. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information through a future connected endpoint may use the contact methods below to request review or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

Your choices and requests

You may browse without completing the form, avoid loading the map by not scrolling to it, and call the configured business number instead. If the business holds information about you through a connected channel or offline service relationship, you may ask about access, correction, or deletion. A request may require reasonable identity verification and may be limited by legal, security, transaction, or recordkeeping obligations.

Policy changes

This policy should be reviewed whenever a form endpoint, analytics tool, advertising service, scheduling platform, payment system, chat tool, or new third-party embed is added. Material changes should be reflected in the effective date and in notices at the point where information is collected.
